The Review provides information about the property, the signing process, details about the Special Conditions and Vendor's Statement which may materially affect your personal circumstance. For instance, you may think the courtyard at the back of the unit is on Title but in actual fact, it's a lease from the Owners Corporation.
A review can be provided within 24 hours and there is a small fee , however if you are the successful purchaser, the fee is deducted from our final Account.
If you are buying or building a new home valued up to $750,000, you may be eligible for a First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) of $10,000. To be eligible, the home must not have been previously sold or occupied. Your lender or broker will assist you with completing the appropriate application.
